In this great country, people are able to create their greatest dreams and successes. There are brilliant people, that have brilliant ideas. Though, for people to see their vision through they need other people. Gates, Jobs, Zuckerberg, and many other visionaries need others to execute their dreams.
Business owners need workers. Workers need business owners.
People with lots of money need staff to keep their luxury hotels in order, prepare their delicious foods, and make sure the pool is clean. People need to people to maintenance planes, and cars so people can see the world.
To have our cell phones we need people willing to sit in factory assembling the technology we all cannot live without.
I just don’t get the assault on the working class. Why is it so difficult to pay a decent wage and offer medical insurance? Not everyone is blessed with a brilliant mind.
There are roles needed at every level of jobs. Admin is needed, cleaners are needed, physical therapists are needed, medical assistants are needed, factory workers are needed to assemble all the stuff people buy.
We are all connected, we rely on each other. We need workers at grocery stores, and farmers. Farmers need workers pick the fields.
Why do the rich hate the labor force so much?
Take Romney’s advice borrow $20,000 dollars from your parents and start your own business. Ya somebody is going to start a business and start managing a staff or workers with $20,000, and all of the sudden be successful…. LOL.
